1.2006 the founder established one ship chandler company in Guangzhou with friends to supply ship stores and provisions to bulk ships from Greece.

2.2008 the founder began to introduce traders and shipyards in China to shipowners from Greece who have good relationships with him as ship chandler  to get additional commission.

3.2009 Paraocean Shipping Consulting Co.,Ltd was registered and shipbroking business gradually boom.

4.2012 Paraocean Shipping Consulting Co.,Ltd began to involve in the agency of sea cargo insurance with foumous insurance company in China such as Pacific, Pingan, Taiping ect.

5.2013 Paraocean Shipping Consulting Co.,Ltd began to involve in the agency of Hull and Machine insurance(H&M)and P&I with the Sweden Club.

6.2014 Paraocean Shipping Consulting Co.,Ltd began to involve in the ship demolition market in China and tanker’s broking.

7. 2016 Paraocean Shipping Consulting Co.,Ltd was replaced by Paraocean Shipbroking Co.,Ltd for the adjustment of strategic objects. It began to involve in second-hand ship’s sales and purchases.

8. 2021Paraocean shipbroking Co., Ltd was replaced by Paraocean Maritime Service Co., Ltd for its strategic object was adjusted to become a leading provider of technology driven maritime solutions, offering services supporting the complete lifecycle of a vessel from newbuilding supervision to end-of-life recycling guidance.
