 We tap into the informational advantages of Hongkong as International Shipping Center and the potential logistical needs of Chinese industries to successfully establish close relationships with famous shipowners around the world and local bulk owners.

Ship Supply

We act as the agent of shipowners to screen out suitable stores to supply their ships with general marine store, provisions ,chemicals, lubrications,  nautical charts & publications, safety equipment and refill items in Chinese seaports at competitive price and prompt response. After receiving orders from shipowners we arrange packaging to delivery stores and provisions to seaports under the name Paraocean Maritime Service Co., Ltd (PMS) , the subsidiary Corporation of Paraocean Shipbroking Co., Ltd, and liaise with shipowners to solve all kind of problems in processing.

Nautical Charts and Publications

We are authorized to distribute nautical charts and IMO publications in China and periodically update electric charts data to ensure safer navigation.

We delicate to offer prompt response to any purchase and urgent aid. All along we provide complete products, adequate inventory, caring courier services and urgent calling services, so we are recognized by more and more customers.

Cargo Insurance

 We expanded our business into cargo insurance by cooperating with local insurance companies such as Pacific, TaiPing, PingAn. So we help bulk owners to charter suitable ships and to purchase cargo insurance on behalf of them at the lowest rates.

Marine Insurance

We keep good relationships with the branch of the Swedish Club in Hongkong to help shipowners to enrol into this club to get P&I cover at convenient  procedures. Our staff expert in Hull and Machine Insurance (H&M) to enact balanced contracts with targeted insurance companies. If shipowners get troubles related with marine insurance we will negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of them.

Ship Agency

We are trying to build one bigger pool of qualified seafarers by recruitment, training and cooperation with maritime academies and universities in China to meet the needs of ship crew for shipowners or ship management companies around the world.
